Resposibilties:
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Travel to client sites
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general computer hardware: CPU, Motherboards, RAM, HDDs, etc.
- Proficiency in Windows 7/8/10/11 Operating System (as well as MacOS)
- Basic understanding of networking equipment.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
